Learn About Shapes in Swedish with Moose!
My old friend Moose has been out and about, learning all about shapes in Swedish and English and now he wants to share what he’s found out with your kids!
So, if your kiddos are learning Swedish abroad, then download Moose’s booklet all about shapes and stride with looong moose steps through Moose’s Swedish world of shapes.
I’ve made it FREE for you to download so you can try out what bilingual books are all about.
Rhyme about Shapes in Swedish
Moose also went out scouting the Internet to find some more fun Swedish learning resources about shapes - and guess what, he found a really fun rhyme about the shapes monster that you can find here.
Song about Shapes
After Moose found that rhyme, he felt a bit tired and wanted to go munch on the neighbour’s apples… but I asked if he could just go out one more time and look for a song about shapes. It took him a while, but then he said there’s a super fun song about shapes that you can sing to the tune of his old pal the sleepy bear’s song (björnen sover). You can find it on Pinterest here. Moose’s forest pal Bear also tipped Moose about his bear friend Bamse’s colouring pages about shapes that you can find here.
Fun New Activity Book About Shapes:
Then Moose and I had a chat about what was missing from all this fun stuff about shapes, and we realised there’s sooooo much more about shapes that kids will LOVE to explore and learn.
I suggested that I create a fun activity book so kids who’re learning Swedish abroad can practice some more.
Here’s what they’ll explore inside the book
Your kids will love to meet the happy shapes and learn how many corners and sides they have.
They’ll have so much fun practising writing the names of the shapes in both Swedish and English.
Then, they’ll go on a shapes treasure hunt and explore where you can find shapes in your home and outdoors.
There are lots more fun colouring, matching and counting exercises - all about shapes and in both Swedish and English.
